Perfume Paper Lyrics

Im hanging by the telephone
Just waiting for you to come home
Ripped from your perfume paper
You saved it for the rainy day
Baby don't ever go away
A new page in your diary
A secret entry about me
Ripped from your perfume paper
I couldn't find the words to say
Baby I'm asking you to say
*instrumental*
Ripped from your perfume paper
You saved it for a rainy day
Baby don't ever go away
Baby don't ever go away
Ripped from your paper
Your perfume paper
aaaa

Ripped from your paper
aaaa
Your perfume paper
aaaa

Summer Fiction is the moniker/band name for Philadelphia singer/songwriter Bill Ricchini. The songs on the self-titled debut record were written to flow into one another and feel of a certain whole piece of work, ranging stylistically from late 60s baroque pop to torch songs to folk rock ballads to old time waltzes to country duets. The album loosely follows a young girl’s coming of age but reads like the journal entries of the guys who fall for her. http://www.facebook.com/SummerFiction
