Curanderos is a Latin Alternative rock band founded in February of 1997 by The Lomar Brothers (Rick & Mario Lopez Jr.) Previously active in the Chicano punk scene of the early 90s under the names Subrosa and Jonestown, Curanderos would take the Los Angeles Latin alternative movement by storm.
