Pipeline - Chantay's

The Chantay's were a very influential surf rock band who are best known for their instrumental hit "Pipeline" which is one of the most covered surf songs of all time. They formed in 1962 and released their first album in 1963 entitled "Pipeline." They later released another lesser known album as well entitled "Two Sides Of The Chantay's." Many people attribute the song Pipeline to Dick Dale who is far better known in the surf rock community. Read more on Last.fm.
