Poreklo Slovena - Hazari

A music band KHAZARS (Hazari) was founded in 1991. in Nish (South Serbia), as a music community working together on new Balkan music development as well as on maintaining of cultural values of the Balkan area.

Their program integrates elements of traditional music, modern expressions and European classical sources.

In 1994. KHAZARS moved to Belgrade, where they recorded their works. A composer and band leader, Dragomir Milenkovich, with more than 100 compositions has completed his idea of Balkan music universe.

During its years - long performance, KHAZARS has participated in many radio and TV shows, clubs, and concerts in the country and abroad, in many international festivals in Belgrade and Nish (Serbia), Skopje (Macedonia), Sofia (Bulgaria), Cluj (Romania), Mostar and Zelenkovac (Bosnia and Hercegovina), etc.
