Protocol Lyrics

Ever since you left me here to die in desperation
There's been a burning question in my mind
Only if we try till we have found a common ground and somehow come together
With open hearts and open minds
I'd say it's time
Time to see a new light
Proclaim these scars
That's what the past has done to hide
What she still sees in color
I'm surrounding in black and white
Yeah she keeps me uncovered
Though all intentions aren't to overshine this segregation
To surpass and splendor everytime
But if we try can we find a common bond to hold, to size together
And start anew with open eyes
I'd say it's time
Time to see in a new light

Proclaim these scars
That's what the past has done to hide
What she still sees in color
I'm surrounding in black and white
Yeah she keeps me uncovered
It's just a matter of time before that light is gone
We won't see the same
We won't see the same
What she still sees in color
I'm surrounding in black and white
Yeah she keeps me uncovered
