Para Bellum or "para bellvm" is a Russian gothic-/dark-rock-band founded in St. Petersburg. The band was created by the vocalist Leonid Novikov in 1995. Hungarian hardcore rap duo:
"Sic vis pacem, para bellum." thats the latin proverb says "If you want peace, prepare for war." and thats how two Hungarian fellas RIDDLER and BILLCORE see life and use the name by formulating their new hardcore hiphop project PARA BELLUM. http://www.myspace.com/parabellum111
