Raincloud Lyrics

There ain't no point holding back the tide
Still gonna get you
'Cause every little bird's gotta learn to fly
Sooner or laterI don't wanna lose you
Can't always do what you wanna do
There ain't no point holding back the tide
Don't waste your time'Cause everything is out there
And there's no limits out there
We could be reaching out for anything if we try enoughLet the daylight in on a better day
It's been too long we've been living under a rain cloud
Daylight in on a better day
It's been too long we've been living under a rain cloudThere ain't no point holding back desire
Still gonna get you
Strangers on a train driving through the night
Soon overtakes youIf someone feels the same as you
Might as well just do what you wanna do
There ain't no point holding back desire
Don't waste your time'Cause everything is out there

And there's no limits out there
We could be reaching out for anything if we try enoughLet the daylight in on a better day
It's been too long we've been living under a rain cloud
Daylight in on a better day
It's been too long we've been living under a rain cloud'Cause everything is out there
And there's no limits out there
We could be reaching out for anything if we try enoughLet the daylight in on a better day
It's been too long we've been living under a rain cloud
Daylight in on a better day
It's been too long we've been living under a rain cloudDaylight in on a better day
It's been too long we've been living under a rain cloud
Daylight in on a better day
It's been too long we've been living under a rain cloud

Max Werner was born in 1953, the second of five children in a family of musicians. His father was a cellist, and his mother a pianist. Both of his grandfathers, as well as two of his aunts, made a living with classical music. When Max was three years old, his mother decided to teach him the secret of "getting some civilized noise" out of a huge thing called - of all things - a grand piano. Up to this point, young Max had shown a remarkable ability to create noise with common kitchen utensils. Even at this young age, it was clear that Max would somehow end up a musician.
