Rebel Lyrics

One day, it will be the day
that I will walk alone.
I can call the road my own
and guess why have you gone.
My friends, they are not like me
and I hardly believe.
I've got so many ways to choose, only one to achieve.
Oh, I want the light,
I want the reason to awake.
Oh, my gullet is tight
and all my scraps you take.
My time is never enough,
my age is running fast.
I try to hide from love
but that's never enough.

That's never quite enough.
Walked away from the dark but I'll never get to wonderland.
My wrath is fed by love
but that's never enough.
That's never quite enough
My hands are asleep,
can I take your love as mine?
I ask you, please have mercy,
take your time.
I'm falling on my knees
regretting my lost dreams.
Past memories coming back
but now that is enough.
Now that is quite enough
My ways were never enough.
I want to make it right for now,
and that will be enough.
I'll never felt so…
I'll never felt so great!
My hands are asleep,
can I take your love as mine?
I ask you, please have mercy.
Take your time.
Rebel, Rebel, Rebel,
without a Soul!
Rebel, Rebel, Rebel,
without a Soul!
You're a rebel, I'm a rebel,
but I'll never feel that great.

Since the band's beginning in 2004, Phazer had already collected several good reviews from all worldwide press, and was several times described as the "big promise of Portuguese Rock ". The Lisbon band identifies itself mainly within the Rock genre, but without limiting themselves to any kind of musical styles, approaching and combining several alternative sounds. Early on, PhaZer wrote their first songs that were presented to the Lisbon's rock circuit audience at the mini-tour named "Beta-Tour", entering right after that, at the Namoche Studios to record their debut EP "Revelations".
