Reese Lyrics

You can have a skittle, a mento or a sweet tart.
It ain't no riddle, you don't need an ID card.
It's not illegal, it might give you some cavities.
It's kinda little, I'll take a handful if you please.
Yo, everyone loves 'em, from animatronics in outer space.
Can't get enough of them, I'll empty a bag right into my face.
You get 'em at movies. Get them in a combo meal to save
Doesn't represent a rainbow, might melt in your hand if you dare to wait.
It comes in a cup or chocolate bar varieties.
Comes in three colors, the three you see in Autumn leaves.
They're kinda spooky, synonymous with Halloween.
They are the dookie - you'll find a sack inside the freeze.
Reese's Pieces at the movies, Reese's Pieces slumber party.
We'll eat Reese's in the treehouse, we'll eat Reese's on safari.
Candy coated and you know it, peanut butter, it's no wonder
Reese's pieces got my weezin', free me from the spell I'm under.

Reese's pieces!
World's Fair, Chicago in the year of 1893,
a man named Milton, a disaster outta Lancaster, P.
Inspired by the Germans and their chocolate making machinery
he invented milk chocolate or stole it from the Swiss, that's history.
So Milton built a factor, B, and a town and a park and a school for orphans,
made bars and kisses and chips real cheap so poor peeps could afford them.
What a great depression - Nine-Twenty, not funny, no money in the pocket,
'cept Pennsylvania where Milton kept on cranking out chocolate.
The Mr. Goodbar and then a World War and Milton did his part.
Built anti-aircraft guns and sent the soldiers chocolate bars.
Meanwhile they had a ship in, was secretly dipped in peanut butter
in his Pennsylvania basement. It was so exciting, cue the lightning/thunder.
Name's Harry Burnett, you can bet my ass he didn't go to Harvard.
Be hold up in a cup, couldn't have done it without George Washington Carver.
"I was living the high life - champagne, limousine, it was a trip,
then I died of a heart attack - all for not, I was bought in fifty-six."
Now please fast-forward to the seventies, scientists discover Penuche.
Peanut Butter's too oily, Reese's Pieces takes their part in the food chain,
and their name is commonplace in the latest interview with a lady named Witherspoon.
Don't eat a whole bag, kid, 'cause Mom'll be mad and Dad said dinner's soon.
Reese's pieces!

Chris Ward, otherwise known as mc chris (always free from punctuation and capitalization), is a voice actor, rapper and improvisational comedian born September 2, 1975, in Libertyville, Illinois. His trademarks include the synthesis of his "geek" heritage with the "gangster" image associated with hiphop artists, and the high pitch of his voice, celebrated in his 2003 song "10 Year Old" (likening his voice to a child of ten years age).

He has appeared on many of Williams Street Studios' shows on Adult Swim, most notably Aqua Teen Hunger Force (as the crude and often misguided MC Pee Pants) and Sealab 2021 (in some bit parts, consistently recurring as the also crude and often misguided Hesh), and a part in The Brak Show. He also wrote for Sealab 2021 and The Brak Show, and later lent a track to the online music game Flash Flash Revolution.

Chris has released eight albums, the first of which is downloadable for free on his website. The albums are:
[2001] Life's A Bitch and I'm her Pimp
[2003] Knowing is Half the Hassle
[2004] Eating's Not Cheating (Re-Released in 2005 with additional tracks)
[2006] Dungeon Master of Ceremonies
[2008] mc chris Is Dead
[2009] Part Six Part One/Two/Three
[2011] Marshmellow Playground
[2011] Race Wars

He completed several successful tours across the U.S. In October of 2004, he announced his resignation from Cartoon Network to the public on his blog to focus on his recording career (roughly halfway through the entry), but has said that he is willing to return to William Street when needed. He has since toured throughout the continental United States in an effort to expose all of America to the growing genre of nerdcore rap. mc chris encourages fans to mix his songs and play their own role in the growth of what is a relatively new genre.

In January of 2006, mc chris was a nominee for Spin Magazine's "Band of the Year" contest at Spin.com. But after gaining an over 20% margin in his first round battle with Demander, the voting was suspiciously shut down "for maintenance" and when it came back online Demander had been declared the winner. Demander has since denounced the results.
