Download the Locracy debut album (2009) free here. The band was formed in 2006 in Carinthia, Austria, by Bernd Warmuth (guitar), Stefan Asseg (drums) and others. In 2007, the band moved to Vienna and Georg Jobst (guitar) joined. In early 2008, Bernd Warmuth quit and Jack Jindra (guitar), Peter Schrammel (vocals), and Matthias Emich (bass) joined the band.
