Fron Herne Bay in England. For the Noumena album, the lineup was Col Bradley, Paul Dudeney, Richard Johnson, James Machin, Steve Pittis, Paul Wright and Steve Wright. A blend of metal and looped voice create a hypnotic metal effect, but I'm being subjective now... sorry.
