Requiem - Martine Marbel

Martine Marbel has been writing ever since she first found her way around the piano. Her songs root back to old soul, combined with a modern pop sound.

“Music is my way of expression”, says Martine. She writes about whatever moves her, and finds inspiration in everyday life.

When Martine was 18 years old, she moved from the little town Sandefjord, Norway, to Liverpool, England. She spent her time in Liverpool working with great musicians, writing songs and growing as a person and artist. In England Martine was given the opportunity to play in several venues and clubs, and today she has a broad live experience.

What makes Martine Marbel unique is that she combines a pop-package with strong and honest songs. Now she is back in Norway, and is trying to capture new hearts with her soulful voice.
