Rich Kid Blues Lyrics

Been having bad times
And I am paying dues
Got shoes and money
And good friends tooAlways play to win
But always seem to lose
That's why I think I got
A rich kid's blues
That's why I think I got a rich kid's bluesAnd I know what's going on
And I know, but I'll wait till dawn
And I know just exactly what's on your mind
And you'll be back, and I know that, oh yeahBut was I wondering why now
Did I ask your name
And all the people standing by
Oh, they're in my gameLove's just a story
A story without words
Words that are almost never seen
And never even heardI know what is going on
And I know that I'll wait till dawn

And I know just exactly what is on your mind
Cos you'll be back, and I know that, oh yeahThough my good times
Just paying dues
I got shoes and money
And good friends tooThough I always play to win
I always seem to lose
That's why I think I got
A rich kid's blues
That's why I think I got a rich kid's bluesI know what is going on
And I know that some wait till dawn
And I know that there is something on your mind
Cos you'll be back, just to prove it, oh yeahOh oh oh yeah
Oh oh oh yeah
Woah oh oh oh oh oh
