The Frame Lyrics

You're acting like you've got a nail in your shoe
Just can't get over what's gotten into you
Hey! Stop shouting and cover yourself
For when you look for a witness
There ain't nobody elseCos it's a...
Whole thing going down
Every time it'll turn you around
When on paper that it's finally found
That it's he who has the whole thing down
A little betterYou take a motion and what do you do
Sit it out until you finally get through
But you can't tell someone who steals from themself
Of all the love that he's wasting
Trying to frame somebody elseCos it's a...
Whole thing going down
Every time it'll turn you around
And as wandering minstrels may roam
And as sure as ships must come home

A little wetter
If not a little betterA whole thing going down
Every time it'll turn you around
And on paper it is finally found
That he'll have the whole thing down
A little better
Let him just take your hand now...
Got to pay the rent now...
Gotta sit it out now...
Well now...
Hey! Stop shouting...
Cover yourself...
Look out...
There's always somebody
