In 2003 Peyton signed his first single to the Hed Kandi label, A Higher Place. Legendary House music producer Eric Kupper (Degrees of Motion) did first official mix which shot to no. 2 in the UK Upfront Club Top 40 and stayed there comfortably for a while. Higher Place went on to top Dance Charts around the world and has become a staple of DJdom. It was also no. 11 in the UK Upfront Club Top 100 songs of 2004. In 2004/5 Peyton began working on his debut album with Eric Kupper.
