Roll It Lyrics

I like it
I like it
Girl
So, roll it down
Roll it down [x3]
I like itGirl, I love the way you roll it
See how you control it (oooh)
You dey make me come back for more
Omo I love the way you roll it
I no fit just control it (oooh)
Cos you got what I'm looking for
You're making me want you so[VERSE 1]
As we step into the club
See how people just dey jump
They say Peter and Paul
You guys are keeping it so strong
See we no go ever stop
We are heading to the top

As the music dey go (go)
Then all of a sudden
See this girl dey eye me (eye me)
Looking so inviting (inviting)
I no know say she dey try me (try me)
You can imagine (oooh)
Her body is so tempting[REPEAT CHORUS]
Girl, I love the way you roll it
See how you control it (oooh)
You dey make me come back for more
Omo I love the way you roll it
I no fit just control it (oooh)
Cos you got what I'm looking for
You're making me want you soRoll it down (roll it down)
Roll it down (roll it down)
Roll it down (eh)
Roll it down (roll it down)
Roll it down (roll it down)
Roll it down[VERSE 2]
As you dey scatter for this surf
No blame me if I misbehave
My music control (music control)
And no matter how I go
This girl wey I dey see
She's bringing out these fantasies in me
With the way she's wining (wining)
Looking so inviting (inviting)
I no know say she dey try me (try me)
You can imagine (oooh)
With her body so tempting[REPEAT CHORUS][VERSE 3]
If you see this girl dey eye me (eye me)
Looking so inviting (inviting)
I no know say she dey try me
You can imagine (oooh)
Her body is so tempting[REPEAT CHORUS]Make you roll it
Control it
Roll it

Vancouver, British Columbia's all-but-forgotten Jesus "outsider" trio, the New Creation was born in 1970 when Chris Towers, an unknown guitarist from Vancouver, decided to form a Christian rock-pop group with Lorna Towers as lead singer and Janet Tiessen on drums. Scared by reports of the hippie excesses of the Manson/Altamont era, Lorna Towers wrote doom-laden, apocalyptic lyrics for the New Creation's aptly titled album, Troubled. The band was unpolished, yet somehow captured a unique lo-fi sound comparable to a hybrid of the Velvet Underground and the Shaggs.
