Laukaus was a Japanese punk band that played songs in Finnish. The members were interested in 80's Finnish hardcore punk. The band consisted of Uutiset ("Uuti", vocals), Real hani ("Hani", guitar), Kuroda Purjo (bass) and 02 (Drums). Laukaus published one demotape and two EPs. In October 2006 Laukaus announced to quit. Uutiset and 02 made a new band called N.O.W.
