S.O.U.L. Lyrics

(Help me father
I don' think I'm
Ever gonna calm down, ever gonna calm down
I could start a riot in my head
Just watch me burn)I keep my soul,
Stuck between an,
Angel and an ashtray,
Angel and an ashtray,I could start a quiet riot,
But I got no soul,(So what did you expect from me?
Be careful with those words
The blackest eyes you've ever seen
Are coming your way sir)But I got no soul,
Call the doctor,
I can't stop her,
We're keeping the faith yeah,
We're keeping the faith alive,But I got no soul,
Call the doctor,
I can't stop her,

We're keeping the faith yeah,
We're keeping the faith alive,Help me father,
I don't think I'm,
Ever gonna stop now,
Ever gonna stop now,I started a war,
Because I could,
And all you did was hold me down,(Is this what you expect of me?
My candle in the wind?
Well I'm sorry
You'll not believe
Your space is running thin)But I got no soul,
Call the doctor,
I can't stop her,
We're keeping the faith yeah,
We're keeping the faith alive,But I got no soul,
Call the doctor,
I can't stop her,
We're keeping the faith yeah,
We're keeping the faith alive,
Keepin the faith yeah,
We're keeping the faith aliveBut I got no soul,
Call the doctor,
I can't stop her,
We're keeping the faith yeah,
We're keeping the faith alive,But I got no soul,
Call the doctor,
I can't stop her,
We're keeping the faith yeah,
We're keeping the faith alive,We're keeping the faith yeah,
We're keping the faith alive,
(We're keeping the faith yeah...)

“Some people never go crazy, what truly horrible lives they must live”—a saying that drummer Ben Hoffman of Nigeria swears to live by. “Good music comes easy, and were all about easy in Nigeria,” states Ben. Nigeria is an international collection of musically talented individuals—and they love all things Nigerian. When asked about the controversial name of their band, guitarist Seth Hoffman simply responded, “Why not? We could be another band with another ‘meaningful’ name but who cares? All that matters is the music, names are superfluous.”
