Koto Vortex are four women (Yoko Nishi, Miki Maruta, Etsuko Takezawa, Michiyo Yagi) who play 13 and 17 string koto together. They play minimalist compositions by such composers as Hiroshi Yoshimura, Kevin Volans and Hikaru Sawai.
