Say Something Now Lyrics

There's no one outside
it's just the wind blowing trees
Nothing there
just the sound of guilty leavesYou can feel the cold insideThe rising moon
Looking down like a broken sun
Shining bright
So we can see what we've becomeThere is nowhere to hide insideWhy won't you say something now
Don't leave me hanging, cut me down
I miss the fire that was once in your eyes
Well come on and say something nowI close my eyes
I see the ghosts you keep within
Once I made them disappear
You know I did
And did I leave you all alone?Come on and talk to me now
Or forever hold your peace
It's all got so heavy
Gonna bring us to our knees
Come on and say something nowSay something

Say something
Say something nowSay something
Say something
Say something now...

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

Lead singer of the Tindersticks. Born on 14 November 1965
in Nottingham. Like Tom Waits or Mark Lanegan, Stuart Staples has a ragged voice that sounds like it's been wrecked by years of cigarettes and alcohol. Whether singing his lyrics in a whispery croon or incoherent mumble, Staples captures the twilight atmosphere of a lonely, dilapidated pub, creating sorrowful music that has little punch in daylight but becomes cathartic for lost souls in the late evening. In 1992, Staples formed the Tindersticks, originally a trio called Asphalt Ribbons, in Nottingham, England.
