American movie composer, orchestrator and conductor. He is most known for orchestrating the orchestral scores for movies such as Dances with Wolves, Lilo and Stitch, Spiderman, Sister Act, Good Will Hunting, The Mummy and the Nightmare Before Christmas. He regularly collaborates with composers such as Danny Elfman, Marc Shaiman, Bruce Broughton and Alan Silvestri. His best known scores for movies include the charming Christmas-score to Blizzard, Durango, Dragonheart: A New Beginning, Warlock: Armageddon, The Last Castle and Down Periscope.
