SHACKLΣS

Formed in 2010 shackles quickly released some dogshit recordings with a subpar and unskilled line up. the band was lucky to make it past playing a handful of shows without falling apart. In early 2011 a better line up came together after the removal of the then drummer and the addition of Eddie and Dj (drums an bass respectively). Just as the band was beginning to play and jam regularly an email was received from the defunct Sydney death metal band who claimed to own the name 'shackles', to avoid problematic butting of heads the 'e' in shackles was cleverly replaced with a sigma.
