Semi-Detached Soul - Camp Actor

Camp Actor (aka Justin James and Marlowe) is an electronic/pop act from London. Hailed as 'Electro Insurrectionists', their early singles and live performances paved the way for the current crop of electro infused 'indie' artists.

Their debut album, 'Warmer', was launched in 2008 on Press Industries, garnering critical acclaim and a cult following. Fostering moments of sublime electronic beauty, lyrical gravity, through joyous pop moments to melancholy-pinned epics then rugged beatdriven rushes, this album is rich for discovery and rediscovery in years to come.

They have also released 4 vinyl singles, including the sought-after debut double A side 'Ultrafashion/Antifashion' and 'This is not New York'.

Currently the band are recording the follow up to 'Warmer' - ready for release in late 2009/early 2010.
