Send In The Clowns Lyrics

They kept on coming down to this place
'Cause I could see it in their eyes
They made the world a fucking disgrace
And everything burn coldThey kept on coming down to this place
'Cause I could see it in their eyes
We took the world to heal the disgrace
Now everything burns fineI'm talking about the ever changing winds of fame
I guess it just got cold in here it comes full circle
No we never changed our ways our little pill killed summer days
I guess it just got cold in here it comes full circleThey kept on coming down to this place
Like they were running out of time
To make the world a fucking disgrace
And everything burn coldThey kept on coming down to this place
'Cause I could see it in their eyes
We took the world to heal the disgrace
Now everything burns fineI'm talking about the ever changing winds of fame
I guess it just got cold in here it comes full circle
No we never changed our ways our little pill killed summer days

I guess it just got cold in here it comes full circleSend in the clowns
Send in the clowns
Send in the clowns
We're sending the clownsWe're sending the clowns
We're sending the clowns
We're sending the clowns
Well here come the clownsSend in the clowns
Send in the clowns
Send in the clowns
Send in the clownsI'm talking about the ever changing winds of fame
I guess it just got cold in here it comes full circle
No we never changed our ways our little pill killed summer days
I guess it just got cold in here it comes full circleOhl here come the clowns, come the clowns
Send them in, send them in
Send them in, come the clown

Cold are from Jacksonville, Florida, USA. With the release of their self-titled debut, "Cold," in 1998, the band quickly became known for its angsty lyrics and the singer's distinctive voice. "Cold" has obvious touches of grunge, but on the following album, "13 Ways to Bleed on Stage," Cold changed towards a more ambivalent, and in some ways, alternative hard rock with slightly calmer, angst inspired songs.
