Kate Davis has been involved with music from an early age, having picked up the violin when she was only five, which be her musical outlet until a move to the Pacific Northwest exposed her to the jazz scene, after which the upright bass and vocals became her rhythmic and melodic muse. A vibrant and supportive music community in Portland, Oregon helped Kate Davis' throughout her musical career, urging her to perform and improve her talents.
