Si On Chantait Lyrics

La grande ville
Mange la ville
La grandie vie
Mange la vie
Marie si belle
Marie vaisselle
Marie chandelle
Plume d'hirondelle
Fleur sans colline
Pleur en cuisine
Marie sans fard
Fleur de brouillard
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait

La-la-la-la
Si on chantait
La-la-la-la
Si on chantait
La-la-la-la
Marie divine, si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Ce qui me peine
N'est pas que je t'aime
Le temps se lasse
Le cour efface
Parmi les femmes
Pourquoi le taire
Celles qui te ressemblent
Je les préfère
Marie divine
Sans mousseline
Dans ta cuisine
Je t'imagine.
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait
Si on chantait

Paul-Alain Leclerc, popularly known as Julien Clerc (born October 4, 1947 in Paris) is a French singer. His father was a UNESCO employee and his mother is from Guadeloupe. Many of the chansons he sings were written by Étienne Roda-Gil, a long time collaborator. His brother, Gérard Leclerc, is a political commentator on France 2. For a time he was involved with French actress Miou-Miou, who in 1978 bore him a daughter, Jeanne Herry. Like her father, Jeanne has pursued a career in show business, albeit as an actress and comedian rather than as a singer.
