Rattlesnake Gunfight is an interesting concept. A concept which, since uploading their version of the Alkaline Trio gem Another Innocent Girl to Youtube midway through 2009, has attracted equal amounts of both high praise and also scolding skepticism from members of the late 90’s skate punk/alternative community from which Rattlesnake Gunfight draws their material. “It’s interesting to see the clear differences between the type of people who like what we are doing and those who have criticized us” says Rattlesnake Gunfight vocalist MJ.
