Skip Sessions - Skip Ransom

Skip Ransom is a four-piece Powerpop/Indie Rock act from Poughkeepsie, New York. The group was formed by Daniel Stankus (guitar/vocals), Dan Smith (bass guitar), Max Orloff (guitar) and ex-drummer Nick Monti (Down & Out, Analog Faucet) in the fall of 2004. Auston Sumitro has since taken over the role of drummer. Skip Ransom's sound is characterized by distorted guitars, catchy vocal harmonies, clever solos and Casiotone hooks.
