Snaggletooth Lyrics

Waiting for you baby
Through the coldest days
Huddled in the backseat of the van
And I know a girl who
Would wait until it's dark
When she sings the heavens part
They part
OohAnd I held my ground
When I heard those sounds
Coming out
And I must have cried
When I held those handsSo do you know what I mean
So do you know how I feel
So do you know what I meanBaby don't you know that
I love your snaggletooth
I see it poking when you laugh
And baby don't you know that
I love those pigeon toes

I hope that you get these pigeon lungs
Lung
OohAnd I held my ground
When I heard those sounds
Coming out
And I must have cried
When I held those handsSo do you know what I mean
So do you know how I feel
So do you know what I meanAnd I will try my best
To take this big old hen
And I will know his name
And always feel the same
And I'll light up so bright
Any orange glow
And I'll light so bright
Any orange glowGlow
OohAnd I held my ground
When I heard those sounds
Coming out
And I must have cried
When I held those handsSo do you know what I mean
So do you know how I feel
So do you know So do you know
So do you know So do you know
So do you know So do you know
So do you know So do you know
So do you know what I feel

Terravita is probably best known as the drum & bass alter ego of electro power house Hot Pink Delorean, but the trio of Chris Barlow, Matt Simmers and Jon Spero were making bass music for years before trying their hands at house music. The group was first picked up in 2006 by Maldini & Vegas's Bad Taste Recordings, releasing 4 tunes with them on their Bad Taste 2 LP. Shortly thereafter Simon Bassline Smith signed the group to a deal with his Technique Recordings label. Terravita released 4 singles with Technique before parting ways including the jump up hit "Adult Robot Kung Fu".
