Under the Berlin-based label Lenient Tales as well as Cologne-based minimal techno record label Traum Schallplatten, Parra for Cuva consists of German artist Nicolas Demuth. Born in Cologne in 1991, Demuth studied audio design at the University of Popular Arts in Berlin. He lives and works in Berlin and has produced electronic music under the name Parra for Cuva for two years now. He entered electronic music primarily through playing the piano, having training in classical as well as jazz piano thus the instrumental background Parra for Cuva originated from.
