Stealing Love Lyrics

Stealing love...
You held me in your arms and made love to me.
Fueled my hearts' desire,
Your lips caressed me
Your body possessed me
Now i'd keep you if I could
If time would stand still and leave us two this way
you know what
I'll be satisfied being here with you
you set my mind on fire
anytime you're near
my body and soul belongs to you
oh don't ever say we're through
we're stealing love on the side
we're stealing love on the side
you don't belong to me
I don't belong to you
still we're together

if that's enough for you
it's enough for me.
Your time is here
and you've got to leave
and go home to your family.
and your woman, she'll be waiting, there for you
oh lord knows
there's no explaining the love we share
it's just between us to
you can't stay away from me
I can't stay away from you
honey we belong and right now
we're stealing love on the side
stealing love on the side
you don't belong to me
I don't belong to you
still we're together
if that's enough for you it's enough for me
we're stealing love on the side, stealing love on the side you don't belong to me, I don't belong to you, still we're together, if that's enough for you oh it's enough for me.

Reggae gospel singer JUDY MOWATT talked to Mike Rimmer about her years with Bob Marley and the reggae superstar's deathbed conversion to Christianity.
I am sitting in the Hard Rock Café in Birmingham watching the big screen which is showing a classic Bob Marley clip of "Jammin'" and watching the distinctive figures of three magnificently dressed ladies Marcia Griffiths, Judy Mowatt and Rita Marley swaying gently to the music as they sing backing vocals. I am transfixed because only days earlier I had interviewed Judy Mowatt and she was remembering this period of her life.
