For 'em sayin, 'Walkin the blues'
Walkin' the blues?
'Cause this is it, boy
Now, I think I'm 'on relax myself
That's the way you relaxNow, watch this
(piano)Boy, it's a hot dayAll ya got to do

Is put one foot in front the other one
And just keep on walkin'
Walkin' them blues(piano)That's what you call slidin' em, tooI hope the old lady's home
When I get there, all this walking
Ah, when I say, the 'old lady'
I mean my wife

But I know she's always there
So, we just gonna keep on walkin' it in(piano & bass)We'll soon be there(piano & bass to end fade)~

Born in the States, Oli Stewart AKA Casbah 73, grew up in Madrid, where he developed a passion for music from an early age. He moved to Glasgow in the late '80s coinciding with the explosion of Rare Groove, Chicago House and the whole warehouse scene. This was his first taste of black music and duly inspired, he was soon DJing, organizing one-offs and parties and playing a mixture of funk, disco, NY garage and early house. By '91 he was buying vinyl big-time and secured a Saturday night residency known as "The Casbah", playing heavyweight jazz-dance, latin jazz and new funky sounds.
