Structure Lyrics

Why did you change?
Why did you bend and break?
When the water turned to wine, did it feel the same?
Why did you change?
Why did you bend and break?
When the water turned to wine, it never feels the sameYou suck the bottle dry
Touch fingers to the night
Feels like I've been here before
Now there's an empty hole where you were long ago
But things are different when you're youngWhy did you change?
Why did you bend and break?
When the water turned to wine, did it feel the same?
Why did you change?
Why did you bend and break?
When the water turned to wine, it never feels the sameThe nights are getting cold
Those faces growing old
And there is nothing you can do
So sing your sad excuses

You've got the scars to prove it
And I'm sure they'll sing alongWhy did you change?
Why did you bend and break?
When the water turned to wine, did it feel the same?
Why did you change? (Why did you change)
Why did you bend and break?
When the water turned to wine, it never feels the sameIt never feels the same
It never feels the sameWhy did you change?
Why did you bend and break?
When the water turned to wine, did it feel the same?
Why did you change? (Why did you change)
Why did you bend and break?
When the water turned to wine, it never
When the water turned to wine, it never feels the same

Love Is Colder Than Death is a neo-medieval / neoclassical darkwave band from Leipzig, Germany, founded in 1999.
The band's music is characterized by its extensive use of both romantic and classical styled male and female vocals. They have been one of the cornerstones of Hyperium Records' Heavenly Voices compilation series of the early 1990s.
Originally formed by Ralf Donis, Maik Hartung, Sven Mertens, and Susann Heinrich, the band members and music have changed slightly. The first few LICTD albums were released on Hyperium Records in Europe and on Metropolis Records in the United States.
