Sugarwings Lyrics

there she goes
running off and leaving me behind
there she goes
running off and leaving her own kindi guess it's good for me
she can see things i can't see
ooh, but it hurts
ooh, but it hurts methere she goes
i guess i'll have to put this down to fate
there she goes
why do you always love them when it's too late?i guess it's good for me
she can see things i can't see
ooh, but it hurts
oooh, but its hurting meif you can find the time, you could change your mind
and we could start anew
i'll change my life for you to make it all come true
i can't believe we didn't try to get much closer
this boy would be joy if you could tell me it's not overwe fly away on sugarwings
tell me it's not over.....

A.R. Kane were a 1980s and 1990s British indie band. They were primarily the A - Alex Ayuli and the R - Rudi Tambala from the East of London but were also joined by Russell Smith, bass ( also of Terminal Cheesecake, and Skullflower) and various drummers along the way. After 2 singles on different labels and a surprise number one hit as part of M/A/R/R/S's "Pump Up the Volume", they made two ground-breaking albums that placed them precariously in the indie scene - however they preferred the term "dream pop". These albums were 69 in 1988 and i in 1989.
