Nick Murray is a Sydney-based folk-blues 'n' roots singer-songwriter. He creates a melting pot of delta blues and folk with a certain finesse in writing lyrics that touch base on political, personal and universal issues. With a distinct acoustic slide guitar sound, energetic vocals and stomping rhythms, his words have a powerful and entertaining foundation.

Nick Murray is a folk-blues ‘n’ roots musician from Sydney whose experiences include having been a headline musician as part of the RAW Sydney event “Grandeur” at Manning Bar in 2015 and being involved in the 'Feeling The Street' competition, which brought together street musicians from all over the world. His gigging experience has included performing at Sydney venues The Soda Factory, The Gasoline Pony, a residency at Corridor Bar, and Mr Falcon’s among others. He has been a mainstay in the Sydney busking scene, regularly performing at Hyde Park and surrounding areas. He has been interviewed and played live on Blues Radio on Northside Radio Station and Tribes of Sydney on 2RRR. Having released several demo tracks with Def Wolf Studios in 2015, Nick Murray is teaming up with local Sydney producers to release his debut EP (expected early 2016) before commencing on a regional New South Wales and Queensland tour.
