Take Me As I Am Lyrics

Now the sun is sinking low and my mind wanders to You
And all the goodness that You gave when, You gave Your life away
The sun is sinking low and I am thinking of You
And the price You paid just to let me live, let me live another day
In this great big world You made, enjoying it all the way, so I sayTake me
Take me as I am
Show me
Show me what I am to be
Write for me
Write for me the melody
Take me as I amThe sun is sinking low and I am on my knees again
Saying that I'll go wherever You want me to go
The sun is sinking low and I kneel beside my bed again
I thank You for today, bring for tomorrow
That You'll hold my hand, I can't make it all alone, so I sayTake me
Take me as I am
Show me
Show me what I am to be

Write for me
Write for me the melody
Take me as I amNow I want to be used by You, so make me able
And I want to be close to You, so keep me humble
'Cause I know what You need from me is a lot of less of me
So go ahead and take the best of me, and take the rest of meTake me
Take me as I am
Show me
Show me what I am to be
Write for me
And write for me the sweet melody
And take me as I amTake me
Take me as I am
Show me
Show me what I am to be
Write for me
Write for me the melody
Take me as I am
Take me as I am
