Tortoise Matsumoto (トータス松本 (Tōtasu Matsumoto), born Atsushi Matsumoto (松本敦) on December 28, 1966) is the lead singer of the Japanese guitar group, ウルフルズ(Ulfuls). He has also had several acting roles in TV dramas, notably with Namida wo Fuite (涙をふいて) in 2000. Since 2007, Matsumoto has been engaging in solo activites, releasing three albums under Warner Music Japan.
