Ten Years from Now - Cynic (uk)

Cynic (UK) was formed in Malvern Worcestershire, England in 1979. In 1982 Cynic (UK) recorded a four track demo, called Do or Die. In 1983 they released the 7" vinyl single, Suicide/No Time at All, often regarded as genre defining of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal movement. In 1987 they released another four track demo called Rebel Eye.
In the late Eighties Cynic (UK) had disbanded, but released a compilation of re-mastered tracks called Right Between the Eyes in 2003, and reformed shortly after.
They recorded Suburban Crisis at Rockfield Recording Studio, and Yellow Shark Studio between October 2006 and 2007 with producer and engineer, Matt Butler. This album was released 2008 with artwork design and photography by Hugh Syme.
This album was recently re-mastered for vinyl at Abbey Road Studio, London, with Steve Rooke and Matt Butler, and is scheduled for release late June 2009.
Band members are, Shaun Grant lead guitar, guitar, vocals, Dom Heptinstall lead guitar, guitar, Tim Batkin drums, and Gary Curtiss bass.
