Simple Harmonic Motion: there are three artists sharing this name
- an all-male a cappella group from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
-„SIMPLE HARMONIC MOTION“ ist eine Potsdamer Band, die im April 2006 von den beiden Sängern und Gitarristen Lucas Günzel und Sebastian Reinhold (noch ohne Bandnamen) gegründet wurde. Im Mai kam Schlagzeuger Enrico Mothes hinzu. Bis September wurden zu dritt erste Songs fertig gestellt, bevor Bassist Gregor Heydenreich die Band „komplettierte“. Im Oktober - immer noch namenlos - folgte der erste „Test-Auftritt“ vor heimischem Publikum im eigenen Proberaum.
