The Creature Walks Lyrics

Can you find my angel?
She crawled under the bed
I thought I saw her breathing
But found out she was deadIt's too late, it's over
Can't you feel these dreams? It's over
Message to the queen, it's over
The baby stops breathing, it's over
Can't you feel these dreams? It's overCould you call a doctor
Who can stop by at nine?
Well, I planned this day for dying
But now, I'm feeling fineIt's too late, it's over
Can't you feel these dreams? It's over
Message to the queen, it's over
The baby stops breathing, it's over
Can't you feel these dreams? It's overThe creature is walking, the creatureI've got to find a new passage way
I've got to get home by Saturday
Queen to castle, church to nun
What a wicked web I've spunI've go to get home by Saturday

So I have to find a new passage way
I've got a car with no place to go
How 'bout a little fire scarecrow?Wake yourself up, you've been dreaming again
About having new friends in a ghost town
Wake yourself up, you've been dreaming again
About having new friends in a ghost townCan't you feel these dreams? It's over
The baby stops breathing, it's over
Message to the queen, it's over
Can't you feel these dreams? It's over
It's over, it's over, it's over, over, oh yeah
Alright, come on

When He Is Legend signed to Solid State Records, the band had already stirred a blaring buzz all their own. But they were just getting started. 2004 put He Is Legend on the map and on the move. In June, the five North Carolina natives released their debut EP, 91025 with Tribunal Records, a label most noted for helping launch the careers of bands like Atreyu and From Autumn to Ashes. The release received rave reviews, stirring the anticipation even further for He Is Legend's debut full-length album, I Am Hollywood, released November 2nd, 2004.
