Vultures of Venus are a glam-punk-electro band from Melbourne, Australia who formed in 2003. The band have been described as both “pop and art. If you gave the Marquis de Sade a guitar and Andy Warhol a synthesizer the howling love child spawned from such an unholy union would be Vultures of Venus”. Enhancing the presence of their electro-tinged garage glitz glam rock the Vultures have recently released their self-titled debut album to positive reviews.
