Vartan Mamigonian is a pseudonym of Patrick Breiner, who is a saxophonist, clarinetist, composer, and educator in Brooklyn.
A 2006 graduate of the New School University in New York, he specializes in playing jazz, non-idiomatic improvised music and acoustic improvisations.

He is a part of Patrick Breiner's Double Double, VAX trio, Premoticon, CaveHorse, Battle Trance, ZhirtZ N ZkinZ, Cirque du Sol-Sous, Sons of Daughters, Breiner / Pineda duo, Mutasm, Aella jazz trio, Pride of Lowell, Wingbridge, Flood Fathers and Paduco.
