We liked you so much more when you were just a peaceful mountainous backwater of the Hapsburg Empire, with your burgeoning little villages and ridiculous castles. But then the damn Ottomans had to go bust it into Hungary, causing them to move the royal seat to Bratislava, and, frankly, things haven’t been the same since. We’re bummed.
