The Vision Lyrics

Im so fucking sick of dealing with chicks cause theyre different from men and they just dont understand men and women are wired so differently who did that? And its right out of our handsI know its gonna be alright
Im a lonely soldier
Running through the nightBut when I put my arms around you
Its never for free
And if Im waling right beside you
I need you to be
An equal and a friend
I need you to share the vision
(Share it)Im so sick of living in a frikkin cage when it is a nice day but I cannot see the sun
All I really need is a person who will get me
If you think you do then you might just be the oneI know
Its gonna be alright
I got a map of the city
And Ill get home tonightBut when I put my arms around you
Its never for free
So if Im walking right beside you
I need you to be
An equal and a friend

I need you to share the visionWere gonna share
Were gonna
Were gonna share the vision yeah

Exuma, born Macfarlane Gregory Anthony Mackey (February 18, 1942; Cat Island, Bahamas – January 25, 1997; Nassau, Bahamas) was known for his almost unclassifiable music. He recorded many albums, starting with Exuma: The Obeah Man in 1970 and ending with Rude Boy in 1986. His songs invoke influences from calypso, junkanoo, reggae, African and folk music with his lyrics dealing heavily with Obeah, a sorcerous Caribbean folk religion resembling African voudou.
