The Window Lyrics

Am I noble
Or am I a fake
Oh, so fragile
But hard to breakWith my back against the wall
Still I am falling
I can't find my way
I can't find my callingBack in the day
Time is dissolving
The world standing still
While I am revolvingI'm all alone
Holding out my hand for you
To keep me from fallingI'm crawling out the window
The ground's so far away
I feel the ledge beneath me
As it crumbles, it falls awayAll my dreams
That have not come true
Aspirations
That I had for youWith my back against the wall

I hear you calling
I can't find my wings
To keep me from fallingSo I reach for your hand
But fingers are slipping
Is this the end
And just the beginning?I'm all alone
Holding out my hand for you
To keep me from fallingCrawling out the window
The ground's so far away
I feel the ledge beneath me
As it crumbles, it falls awayCrawling out the window
The ground's so far away
I'm falling into nothing
And no one can hear me scream
Hear me screamLet go of the lies you've held on to
Let go of the misery pain put you through
Let go of insecurities plaguing you
Let go, let go, I know you want toCrawling out the window
The ground's so far away
I feel the ledge beneath me
As it crumbles, it falls awayCrawling out the window
It falls away
Crawling out the window
It falls away

The roots of Course of Nature entered the music scene with the singer, Mark Wilkerson, and guitarist, John Milldrum, in the band Cog. The band only released one album when Mark and John were involved, No Time At All, in March of 2001. After this they decided to leave the band and head in their own direction. Rickey Shelton joined them and they recorded an album. Their name is rather interesting due to the fact that while they had originally picked the name "Pull", they decided on the name "Course of Nature", which had been a track on the album Cog had earlier released.
