This Boys Life (feat. Jim Kerr) - The Dark Flowers

the dark flowers came into existence after reading "motel chronicles'by Sam Shepard while listening to "the hired hand" soundtrack album by Bruce Langhorne,from the 1970's film of the same name starring Peter Fonda.The desire to set the sentiments of Shepards book (abstract tales of misfits and desert heat !) to the haunting western sounds became a starting point.This was further mutated by my love of Brian Eno's "another green world"and the featured singers/lyricist's talents to take these simple ideas and twist them into a bizarre reality.
