Through It All Lyrics

I get crazy hanging out
With my friends sometimes
And I act moody
And I can't remember why
But you always take me as I am
Somehow understand
If I get lost in what I'm doing
Baby, I just forget to call
I know you love me, love me through it all
I could be on the road to ruin
Beating my head against the wall
I know you love me, love me through it all
I get distracted
But I'll always be your girl
And I'm not flaky but there's so many things
Going on in my little world, yeah
But you always take me as I am
Somehow understand

If I get lost in what I'm doing
Baby, I just forget to call
I know you love me, love me through it all
I could be on the road to ruin
Beating my head against the wall
I know you love me, love me through it all
You're always there when I'm feeling alone
Right by my side, oh
And when I'm with you it feels like I'm home
It just feels right
I get lost in what I'm doing
Baby, I just forget to call
I know you love me, love me through it all
I could be on the road to ruin
Beating my head against the wall
I know you love me, love me through it all
If I get lost in what I'm doing
And my back's against the wall
I know you love me, love me through it all
I could be on the road to ruin
Beating my head against the wall
I know you love me, love me through it all
Through it all
Through it all

chicago born brigette mcwilliams has singing in her blood. accompanying her mother on tours, mcwilliams learned about music first-hand from the legends of r&b and soul. she studied law for a while and signed to universal records with the group flavor. mcwilliams' 1994 debut, "Take advantage of me", was met with little acclaim. despite her obvious talent, critics accused mcwilliams of attempting to force a soul voice into an r&b format. while mcwilliams failed to make an impact on the charts, her soulful mastery of phrasing and delivery did not go unnoticed by industry insiders.
