Throwing It All Away Lyrics

Feels like I'm living on borrowed time
Never know what you're thinking
Wish that I held my life
In my own two hands
Seems like nobody even cares
No more names, only numbers
How am I supposed to run
When I don't know my direction?
How long do you want me to stay the same?
How long do I have to play this game?
You could be throwing it all away
'Cause there's nothing for you to lose
I'm living it everyday
While you're lookin' for something new
Try to remember, try to remember me
I'm only hearing these empty words
Lies disguised as promises
Remember just how we were all the same

Do you bother to take the time
To see the name of just your reflection
How am I supposed to grow
When you won't let me try to change?
How long do I have to play this game?
You could be throwing it all away
'Cause there's nothing for you to lose
I'm living it everyday
While you're lookin' for something new
Try to remember, try to remember me
And how we used to be before
Something new, something more
Now I'm half way out the door
Just look closer
It's not the end of me
Do you care if I fall?
Are you there at all?
Living on borrowed time
Never know what you're thinking
Wish that I had your life in my hands
You could be throwing it all away
'Cause there's nothing for you to lose
I'm living it everyday
While you've lookin' for something new
Try to remember, try to remember me
Try to remember, try to remember me
