Time Is Coming Lyrics

Yeah, the way I feel, it seems to me to be so real
So sick and tired, you know just how I feel
The cops, they dress in black, they bid their lives, the bribes they stack
So sick and tired of the same old this and thatThe time is coming, it's too soon I can't quite tell
I don't know, I think my world has gone to hell
The time is coming, life it spins just like a wheel
I don't know, that's the way that it makes me feelThe man who I most resent
You might know him through the government
He'll tax our lives the money's spent, he's just the President
The land of liberty for all mankind and all to see
What's the use of laws of conspiracyThe time is coming, it's too soon I can't quite tell
I don't know, I think my world has gone to hell
The time is coming, life it spins just like a wheel
I don't know, that's the way that it makes me feelSearching for answers to make life complete
No need to search for more questions, they're for you to seeThe wars that we must fight, you dodge the draft before you drive
So sick and tired, why can't they realize
The rights that they sympathize, life is just a bitter sky
So sick and tried, why can't we live our livesThe time is coming, it's too soon I can't quite tell

I don't know, I think my world has gone to hell
The time is coming, life it spins just like a wheel
I don't know, that's the way that it makes me feelThe time is coming, it's too soon I can't quite tell
I don't know, I think my world has gone to hell
The time is coming, life it spins just like a wheel
I don't know, that's the way that it makes me feel

Testament was one of the first thrash metal bands to emerge from the San Francisco Bay Area in the 1980s. Originally formed as 'Legacy' in 1983 by founding members Eric Peterson (rhythm guitar), Derrick Ramirez (guitar) and Louie Clemente (drums), the line-up included vocalist Steve Souza and Greg Christian (bass). Ramirez was later replaced by wunderkind Alex Skolnick (lead guitar). Souza soon departed to join Exodus and suggested that the towering Chuck Billy take over as frontman(and was later run over by a bus).
