Tired Of It Anyway Lyrics

Waiting for a hundred different things
That I know you could never bring
Thinking about the thousand times a day
You treat me like a throw-away
Every time it's a lost 'cause Sunday
Turns around it's an okay Monday
Every time you're not around it's like a holiday
I'm getting tired of it anyway
Don't say it, don't say it
'Cause everything you say is just another story
Just save it and save it
Just because you say the words
It doesn't mean you're sorry
The moments never dull when I'm with you
But you never see the moment through
And all of this excitement wears me down
As much as I am not around
What I'd give for a normal Tuesday

Or even know what I'm in for Wednesday
Every week you act a little more passe
I'm getting tired of it anyway
Don't say it, don't say it
'Cause everything you say is just another story
Just save it and save it
Just because you say the words
It doesn't mean you're sorry
Everything you do
I can't trust it
And everything you say
I don't believe a word
Everything you do
I can't trust it
And everything you say
I don't believe a word
Don't say it, don't say it
'Cause everything you say is just another story
Just save it and save it
Just because you say the words
It doesn't mean you're sorry
Don't say it, don't say it
'Cause everything you say is just another story
Just save it and save it
Just because you say the words
It doesn't mean you're sorry
Don't say it, don't say it, don't say it
(Just in case you change your story)
Just save it, and save it
(You can't exchange your new found glory)
Don't say it, don't say it, don't say it
(Just because you say you're sorry)
Just save it, and save it, save it
(Still can't change your story)

Treble Charger was a Canadian rock group from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada, formed in 1992. The band consists of vocalist Greig Nori, bassist Rosie Martin and drummer Trevor MacGregor. Guitarist Bill Priddle, a founding member of the band, left in 2003. They began with a melodic indie rock style, but have evolved into more of a pop punk band since signing to a major label in 1997. The band was originally named NC17 but had to change their name due to some dispute with a US band of the same name.
